Oakland Project Connect (OPC)
OPC serves homeless adults with mental health issues. HCEB provides Housing
Specialist functions for our partner, Bay Area Community Services (BACS),
connecting homeless adults to emergency and permanent housing in and
around Downtown Oakland.

OPC serves a total of 40 program participants.  HCEB thanks BACS and Alameda County Behavioral Health Services, and the many landlords and housing providers who have partnered with our Housing Specialist to make permanent housing a reality for our program partners.

North County Senior
In June 2012, HCEB began providing Housing Specialist services for BACS’ North
County Senior Homeless program. Building on the success of OPC, the Housing Specialist is building bridges to permanent housing for 30 homeless older adults in North Alameda County. HCEB thanks BACS and Alameda County Behavioral Health Services for this ongoing collaboration.

Housing Connection
Housing Connection is a push e-mail alert of affordable housing opportunities in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.
