Resource Center Shower and Laundry Staff

Pay

From $25 per hour

Schedule:

Part time - 8 hour shift

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location:

Livermore, CA

 This Job Is:

  • Facilitate laundry and shower services for guests of the Vineyard Resource Center
  • Coordinate coverage with volunteers, HCEB property management staff and Open-Heart Kitchen staff
  • Disinfect showers between guest visits
  • Remove and safely store abandoned laundry loads
  • Provide property management support in other projects assigned.

Maintenance Technician

Pay

From $21.40 per hour

Schedule:

Part time - 30 hours per week

Experience:

Associate degree required/Bachelor’s degree preferred

Work Location:

In Person, On call

 This Job Is:

  • Schedule and respond to work orders.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to reduce expenses.
  • Perform cosmetic and routine maintenance throughout the property.
  • Conduct unit inspections throughout the year and complete identified maintenance items.
  • Trouble-shoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
  • Perform unit turnovers, including drywall repair, patch/paint, fixture repair, door locks, etc.

On-call Site Coordinator

Pay

From $19.50 per hour

Schedule:

Part time - 8 hour shift

Experience:

Associate degree required/Bachelor’s degree preferred

Work Location:

 This Job Is:

  • Support the move-in and move-out of participants into units

  • Collect and track participant rent (when applicable)

  • Provide property management support in safety planning, preventative maintenance, site sanitation planning, disaster preparedness planning, and other projects assigned

  • Maintain the property filing system, order office supplies and maintain electronic equipment

  • Perform standard office duties, including mailing, faxing, scanning and preparing correspondence

  • Receive and log in mail and other deliveries.
